By accessing and using SecureTools, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

SecureTools provides privacy-focused security tools including but not limited to:

• IP address checking and geolocation
• Password generation and strength testing
• DNS and WebRTC leak testing
• Security score assessment
• Website security scanning (Premium)

3. User Accounts

Account Creation

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your password
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use our tools for illegal purposes
• Attempt to hack or compromise our systems
• Abuse our API or automated tools
• Resell or redistribute our services
• Scan websites without proper authorization

5. Premium Services

Subscription

Premium features are available through paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay the subscription fee as displayed
• Automatic renewal unless cancelled
• No refunds for partial subscription periods

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access to premium features will continue until the end of your billing period.

Some features require credits. Credits:

• Are non-refundable once purchased
• Do not expire
• Cannot be transferred between accounts
• May have different costs for different tools

All content, features, and functionality are owned by SecureTools and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
